exterior doors improperly installed

I had two exterior doors purchased at lowes and installed by their contractors. The man came out - very nice - but his 'helper" didn't even know how to install a door bell and installed it crooked twice. We could see outside of the bottom of both doors. I called to complain twice and the same guy came out but still did not fix it. The doorbell is still crooked and the insulation was apparently put in backwards and the jams were not placed correctly. I will never use lowes installers again!! More...
